We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Site Engineer to oversee on-site construction activities for our ongoing residential and commercial projects. Key Responsibilities
The Site Engineer will be responsible for supervising day-to-day construction activities and ensuring all on-site work is completed according to approved drawings, timelines, and quality standards. The role involves coordinating with contractors, consultants, vendors, and project managers to maintain smooth project execution while monitoring labor performance and site operations effectively. The candidate must also prepare progress reports, resolve technical issues on-site, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and construction procedures throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline with at least 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in real estate or construction projects. Strong knowledge of site execution, engineering drawings, construction materials, and quality control procedures is required. Candidates must possess good communication, reporting, and coordination skills along with the ability to manage teams and handle field operations professionally under deadlines and project pressure.
Bonus Points For
Candidates having prior experience in housing societies, commercial developments, or large-scale infrastructure projects will be preferred. Additional advantages include knowledge of project scheduling tools, AutoCAD, and site planning software along with strong coordination skills with contractors and suppliers. Familiarity with local construction bylaws, utility infrastructure, and modern construction practices will be considered a valuable plus for this role.
